HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If your Fabonics Clothing purchase isn’t working our for you, we’re more than happy to accept it for an exchange or return as long as your item is in original condition (tags attached and no visible signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance sale item.

Please contact us on info@fabonics.com for the exchange/returns form.

Once our team received your return/exchange parcel, we will process it within 5 working days. If you have any further questions, or to check if your item is eligible for return, please read our returns policy.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you would like to change your order details then please contact us within 24 hours from when the order was placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Unfortunately we do not offer tracking for shipments.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

So sorry! We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store.

I’M UNSURE ABOUT SIZING?

We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for an exchange no questions asked!
