At Fabonics, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our cherished customers. Should there be any concerns regarding the items you have received, we’re here to provide necessary assistance. Please familiarize yourself with our returns, exchanges, and cancellation policies below:

Defective or Damaged Items:

Upon receiving your order, inspect your items without delay. Should you find any defects or damages, inform us within 3 days of delivery. Reach out to us at help@fabonics.com with detailed information about the issue, including your order number and images showing the defect or damage.

We won’t be able to accommodate requests for replacements or returns if the tags have been removed, or the item has been worn or washed.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, send an email to help@fabonics.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations can only be processed during our customer service operating hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST).

Regrettably, if cancellation requests fall outside the specified 12-hour window or our operating hours, we may not be able to halt the shipment as per our shipping guidelines.

Exchanges:

We permit exchanges for the identical item in varying size or color. Purchase the desired item on our website, then email help@fabonics.com with both your new and original order numbers to facilitate the exchange.

Once we receive your initial item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please ensure to communicate with our customer service; otherwise, your item will be processed as a typical return.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Returns:

Should you wish to return an item, we’ll provide refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card. Items should be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, devoid of any stains, odors, or any signs of wear, with all tags attached.

Allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your return once received. Items should be returned to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. International orders have 35 days for returns.

Please note, returns received past the 30-day window will incur a 25% restocking fee deducted from the store credit. We cannot accept returns older than 45 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers bear the cost of return shipping. We advise using tracked shipping services to ensure the safe delivery of your returns.

Upgraded Shipping:

Should you require upgraded shipping, ensure to select this option at checkout. Regrettably, purchases through comment sold are not eligible for upgraded shipping.

In case you forget to opt for upgraded shipping, purchase it separately within 12 hours and email help@fabonics.com with both your new and original order numbers.

Additional Notes:

We endeavor to present our items accurately, showcasing the correct colors, measurements, and patterns. However, slight variances in color may occur due to different device display settings.
